For sale Springfield M1 Garand

Springfield M1 Garand serial number 5,409,927 from the CMP. This is a field grade Garand meaning it has a barrel with a muzzle reading equal to or below 3 and a throat reading equal to or below 6 which was the point when the US army would replace the barrel. The readings provided by the CMP are 2 and 5 respectively. This Garand was manufactured 1954-55 and the barrel is dated March 1953. Includes case, 1 clip, papers.
