So do we have an idea when the committee will issue their favorable or unfavorable reports on these bills?
Lol. Can you say circular file?

I'm watching the the crazy lady at the end. The descriptions here do her testimony no justice with regard to the entertainment value. You simply have to watch it.
For someone claiming to be in favor of 2A rights, she sure sounded like she was from the other camp.

Right - she opposes HB60, but she doesn't want FSA2013 to stick around. She confuses me (well, not really because I don't take her seriously).
The one and only citizen that testified an opposite position to the firearms community on any of the 30 bills addressed yesterday.
Proof to me that the fix was already in. Nobody needed to be there in opposition.
I recall an event here on the forum where an individual attacked a forum member and the rest of the community dug the aggressor a new grave. I can't seem to remember the event, but it was quite effective
Maybe we need to implement guerilla tactics
It is my understanding that the reason MSP gave written testimony and no verbal testimony is because of the current litigation on FSA2013. Written testimony can be gone over with a fine tooth comb before submission. But if they accidently get asked a question and say something contrary to what is written, well there goes the ballgame. Maybe Dblas can confirm or deny this. I do not remember where I heard it, but it does make sense from a strategy standpoint. It's that whole opening the door thing in legal circles.
My best guess is that some of it will be passed favorably out of committee (retired police w/guns in schools, maybe even the repealing the casing requirement), and who knows what will happen to it on the full floor, or even if the Senate gets involved, but that the rest will just die in committee. So until we bounce someone's ass out of office on the 2A issues and take legitimate credit for it we still haven't gotten their sincere attention. Remember they know better, or at least have been told they know better . . .
