Bought a Vedder LightDraw OWB holster back in October and have been carrying my S&W Shield Plus in it every day since. Noticed a screw had loosened and been lost. Called them on Tuesday and got a package of replacement screws today (Thursday). So besides being a very nice holster the customer service is also top notch.

Usually my "Holster 101", I get a pack of extra hardware if they offer them. Another 5 bucks or whatever.

PRO TIP: Check your holster hardware at least weekly.
