I shot some (200) today and all I can say is "wow". It is significantly quieter than the other powders I have used. 147gr RMR RN over 3.4gr N320 @ 1.135" was chrono'ed at: VP9 880fps, XFive Legion 900fps and AP5 940fps. Fully functional in all three firearms. Just for fun, I ran a magazine of subsonic 147 FP w/W231 and it was clearly louder and shot ~100fps slower than the N320 rounds.
Yes, VV powders are pricey, but it is trivial for 9mm where I'm getting 2000rds to a pound of powder. I am now a VV N320 convert for 9mm plinking rounds.
I can't wait to get my AP5's can up and running.
