This is a perfect example of how our court system is broken and needs fixed. How can a weapons ban be ruled unconstitutional for one state? The 2nd amendment is a federal law and covers ALL AMERICANS..

Any bill that has questionable constitutionality and is struck down by a federal judge needs to be struck down in all 50 states OR go immediately in front of SCOTUS for their opinion. We are all suppose to be equal under the law...
