Link to the Supreme Court Docket for the Rahimi case, as of this post there have been 39 amicus curiae briefs filed in support of the anti gunners. You can access them digitally from the Docket. The briefs supporting the 2nd Amendment should start showing up in about 30 days.

Link to Supreme Court case No. 22-915 United States v. Zackey Rahimi:
This case will tear down the leftist's disarmament flagship post heller.

It is bound to whip them all into a tizzy.

    Bump to the top.

Because all the Amicus briefs in support of Rahimi are being filed.

Link to the Supreme Court Docket which has links to all the briefs, etc.:

    Bump

    Two week warning

The left is in overdrive twisting due process into temporary restraining orders, instead of giving the accused their day in court.

    Warning, antigun drivel below:

Some cute bits in the referenced article.

After attempting to destroy Kavanaugh's reputation with a phony allegation of rape, the Left is reduced to writing ledes like this:

Mr. Kavanaugh, tear down this precedent!

The article also wants the Court to tear down Bruen, and bring back the two-step two step:

The most responsible course the Supreme Court could take, given Bruen’s many flaws, would be to overrule that decision in its entirety and announce a different, more workable framework that courts can apply in future Second Amendment cases — such as the two-step framework that was used by the courts of appeals before the Supreme Court made them abandon that framework in Bruen.

    It's laughable.

The question the SCOTUS is taking up in Rahimi:

Whether 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(8), which prohibits the possession of firearms by persons subject to domestic-violence restraining orders, violates the Second Amendment on its face

Today at the Court - Tuesday, Nov 7, 2023

    • The Court will convene for a public session in the Courtroom at 10 a.m. The Justices will hear one oral argument. An audio feed will be live-streamed, and the audio will be available on the Court's website later in the day.

SCOTUS didn’t take this to uphold CA5’s ruling which took down a Federal Statute.

Lefty read but a good take on the arguments today.
Yeah, with an opening like this, it sounds like grasping at straws...

"The Supreme Court appears poised to rein in its worst decision on guns, in US v. Rahimi"

Me thinks they are hoping their words will influence the Judges.
