I just received the ATF call and email, which FFL was just robbed?
.
.
Robbed? At gunpoint?
Maybe you mean burglarized?
Inquiring minds want to know.
You get a pass for not answering as you’re on the short list to get out of this place. Was that what that call was? I didn't answer.

LOL

Robbery involves the use of force; it is very different than burglary. Are you suggesting that burglarizing resulting in theft isn’t robbing?

Yes, that's exactly what I'm suggesting. Robbery (theft by force or threat of force) and burglary (breaking and entering into unoccupied dwelling or business) are two very distinct and different crimes. Are you suggesting that burglarizing resulting in theft isn’t robbing?

To be classified as a robbery someone has to be put in fear of bodily harm or death.. Typically a burglary is done when no one is in the building so legally a burglary isn't a robbery. Are you suggesting that burglarizing resulting in theft isn’t robbing?
