Out of curiosity wouldn't this ruling also force MD to modify its current self defense laws to accommodate being able to defend yourself outside the home? MD has a history of making criminals out of victims who fight back.
I listed my expunged charges on my MD carry permit only because i had previously applied prior to expungement and had been denied. Attached my expungement papers and got my carry permit a few months later.
So i just moved into a new place as of 6-1-15. I cant find ANYTHING on the MSP site about notifying them of a change of address. I have several professional licences as well as my "Wear and Carry" permit. Am i supposed to notify? If so, who do i notify?

I had 1st degree assault, 2nd degree assault, reckless endangerement, and deadly weapon charges that i had expunged. I notified them when i applied and included all expungement documents in the application. Didnt cause any hiccups.
I got my permit with the same G&S "work purposes" i submitted it alongside my guard card renewal not that that should have made a difference, but definitely request the informal review.
I filed mine February 2014 i think i recieved it late may early June 2014. There was a long period of no contact then like a week or two before receiving my permit my references were contacted and i had my interview.
