      weird hypothetical

      Hey guys, I don't know why anyone would ever do this but I was just curious as to what the answer would be. If someone decided to walk around with a stripped lower in public or say a woman had one in her purse would that be the same as carrying a handgun without a concealed carry permit.

      Bass pro and Walmart ammo report

      looks like the ammo shortage is starting to get back to normal. Was just at DSG in HV. they had tons of 9mm, 223, 556, 22lr. it was a wonderful sight.

      Confirmed: HQL Needed to Take Possession of Handgun After September 30

      the gun (including the mags) was purchased before OCT 1st so your can take all of it with you because the paperwork was done before Oct 1. You will still need an HQL if you pickup after Oct 1. Just have it transferred to an 8 day release shop so you don't have to worry about the HQL.

      This may have been answered somewhere but I tried finding it in another thread and couldn't. I understand the difference between a non Hbar and Hbar being regulated vs non regulated....but just curious, are the lowers on an Hbar identical to a regular lower (without a serial number)...

      thanks, so if I go tomorrow and buy another lower and a complete AR can I pick up all three at the same time as long as i dont pick anything up after that for 90 days? or do the items have to be paid for at the same time to be picked up together

      Im a little confused. I thought the law was one purchase every 30 days? I purchased a lower on August 5th, Still has not been released to me. I was under the impression that on September 5th I am allowed to go purchase another regulated firearm? is this not the case!? otherwise i cant get...

      AR Question

      Picked up a lower from freestate, and got a PSA lower build kit with magpul furniture, to try my own build. Probably wont get an upper for a while. May go in before october and pick up a Colt LE 6920 also.

      FFL transfer for 8 day release

      Oh, Ok. thank you for the response(s). After further reading it says I won't need to obtain an HQL if I already own a handgun. Is this correct? I have been hearing great things about your shop by the way. Definitely going to make my next purchase from you all.

      I bought a lower at another shop and just found out that I have to obtain an HQL to pick it up after October 1st. Because of the MSP backlog I was wondering if you all accept FFL transfers from another MD shop to release on 8 day so I can avoid this new legislation. IF so how much? thanks...
