      CZ 457, Bergara B14R, or....?

Yeah, they want you to foul the barrel a little for break in before testing. 750 on a 22 is really easy to do though. I typically call up champions choice and they have the lot numbers and speeds for their ammo and go pick it out for you while you are on the phone. I just placed an order to...

      CZ 457, Bergara B14R, or....?

It used to be better bc you could mail the gun to them. Now you have to go through an FFL both ways. You can still go to the Ohio center in person though. Eley is about to open their version of the test center in Tennessee. Not sure if they'll let you mail it in or if you need to be present

      CZ 457, Bergara B14R, or....?

CZ calls it the 22 match chamber. Everyone who I have spoken to with the MTR is surprised with how accurate it is. If you are going to just ditch the stock, you could also just buy the action and a prefit barrel for it. IBI, lothar Walther, and lilja make profits. Modacam can also spin up a...

      CZ 457, Bergara B14R, or....?

The MTR would be my choice of those three. It has a slightly different and tighter chamber which tends to lead to better accuracy. The AT one may have the same chamber, but I know the MTR has it. The varmint does not to my knowledge.

      CZ 457, Bergara B14R, or....?

I would recommend the cz 457 MTR with the longer barrel for having fun like you are saying and then eventually going to matches. It has a tighter chamber and all of them that I have seen are very accurate. The magazines are also a little more reliable...

April 7 - Mayberry MARS Precision Rimfire Match

There were a couple of things happening, but the main thing was lack of attendance due to announcing it a little late. There will be other matches this year. As for what rifle to run, I would go with whatever you are most comfortable with. I do recommend a first focal plane scope with a reticle...

April 7 - Mayberry MARS Precision Rimfire Match

Sold the Vudoo as I am on team RimX :) If someone wants to try out the sport and doesn't have a rifle, I have a second RimX in an ACC elite chassis with good glass for them to try at this match.

April 7 - Mayberry MARS Precision Rimfire Match

This is a great chance to try out PRS style shooting. If you are on the fence bc you don't have a rifle, let me know and I'll have a second rifle and ammo you can use if you are in my squad

      Receiver for a 10/22 build

If you are starting a build from scratch, I would recommend the Kidd Supergrade receiver and barrel. It helps fix one of the weak points on the 10/22 receiver. It uses a different tenon to mount more securely. It also lets you have a rear mounting point if you want it. I have seen a lot of Kidd...

Current Mayberry Game Protective Association members, I've got a question...

I am on the waiting list and came with my application. They will tell you to mail it so that they can use the mailing date as an order number. You will need members to sponsor you.

Bridgeville is having a match on the 9th.

Eastern Shore Rimfire Rally at Salisbury Gun Club

For most PRS/MARS style matches, you will see 2+ moa target sizes. Typically you will see 3 moa between 100 to 180 ish yards. After that, targets typically get bigger to account for the ammo not being quite as consistent as centerfire ammo. The only time you will really see a 1 moa target size...
