      Can you take HQL classes online?

      Can you take the hql class online? If so any recommendations. Cheaper the better. I read that if you own a firearm before the hql was required or taken a hunter safety class, you do not have to take the training part of hql. Is that true. I figure MDS is better than a Google search. Thx.
