      I did read it, but it says, "Assault" weapons and "copycat" firearms possessed as of October 1, 2013, will be "grandfathered" in, with no registration requirement,". I asked the question because it does not mention 'regulated' firearms which includes all handguns as well as assault weapons and...

      I would like to get a confirmation that if I am a resident of MD and have handguns and rifles on the regulated and/or assault weapon list that there is no requirement to register them if they were purchased before 1 Oct 2013. Are these all grandfathered in?
