      I was lucky enough to pick up this rifle recently, I don't think the lady who had it even knew her husband owned it. Any info that anyone can provide is greatly appreciated. I have found little info on this disc, is this a unit tag or something else?

      Case fragments in chamber - 30.06

      I have an '03 Springfield that has case fragments stuck in the chamber. Is there someone that can get them out and check the barrel to make sure it is ok to shoot? Sorry the pic is not better.

      One man protest in Waldorf

      On my drive in to the 'dorf yesterday there was one caucasian fellow right at the entrance to the sheriffs station on 5 just south of 301 with a 'F*CK THE POLICE' sign. He was still there at 8:30pm in the dark. Any idea who/what/why?

      New Taurus TX22 goes rogue

      At the range today and all was well until it jammed for the first time. Cleared it, loaded it, and brrrrt! 3 or 4 round burst. Love the sound but a little unnerving when unexpected. My nephew was shooting at the time and handled it well, keeping the muzzle down. Any ideas or just send this...

      Saw this fellow Sunday and yesterday in a five deer bachelor group. One of the others is pretty impressive as well but no good pic yet. I'm no deer expert or anything but I'd say that's pretty big for June.

      I finally got a SMLE. Picked up a semi-sporterized model missing a few pieces. It seems most of the parts are available except for the wood. Anyone know where I can get a set, preferably original? It's a 1943 Mk III.
