Maybe already stated in the thread some where...If you FORM 1 your Pistol in this "amnesty" period, you can at a future date alter the SBR to another barrel length under 16", without submitting for another stamp.
Example: FORM-1 a CMMG Banshee Pistol, with brace, in 9mm or 45, with 8-inch...
Im pretty confident that ATF will also stipulate anything less than 26 inch OAL will be considered an AOW even without a foregrip, after braces are ruled illegal. There is an ATF opinion letter from July 2019 suggesting this.
If true.....in Maryland, removing the brace will still drive alot...

Are we saying that active/retired LEO/MIL still have to apply as permit exempt or is this just for current CCW holders? I thought active/retired LEO/MIL need only show retired credentials at point of sale with the FFL?

The operative here is "within the state", just as it is with assault long guns after 01 October.
You can still sell your assault longs guns out of state after 01 October, why in the hell would you not be able to sell magazines over 10 rounds out of state?....and who the hell is going to...
