      Starline 308 vs Lapua volume

      Better find a new favorite powder. Power Valley list this as discontinued. Hopefully H4895 stays. I like it 10 times better, but sad to see a classic go.

      Hornady dies- off spec 41 mag

      Started playing with new hornady dies for 41 Remington mag. Went to resize a case and it wasn't even close to fitting. Tried putting some lube on it, still no dice. Called hornady, Tech working from home. Asked me to send pic with calipers showing ID of die. .425". Saami shows .434" mouth...

      How much does a smith charge to fix the timing in a revolver? Does shaving JHP and depositing chunks of jacket outside/on the forcing cone sound like a timing issue? Thanks.

      357 loads with 158

      Just got dies for the 357 mag. What are some pet loads you all like? The 8.25" barrel should get me near 1500 fps I hope. I have LilGun and H110. I'm open to other bullet weights but I want this for deer hunting so I prefer heavy bullets. Thanks

      Varget shortage again?

      Reading other fourms where no one can find varget in stock. A quick check of midway, midsouth, and powder valley all show out of stock. H4895 is low too. If your local gun store has some, and you can't live without it, grab some. If your finding it's too late, N140 is great powder.
