      Selling a barrel in MD

      Ok i'm just trying to protect myself from doing anything illegal from selling a barrel. Can i sell a 18" 223/556 barrel to anyone from MD, And it is a HBAR which i know is legal in MD, And i know that you dont need a FFL to buy this barrel.       I recently purchased a 18" ss wylde barrel like the one on this site. http://www.ar15part.com/product-p/18223wyldessspf1x8.htm Would i use a mid length gas tube or rifle length using 223/5.56 ammo. I dont know if the buffer has anything to do with it but its a heavy buffer from spikes...

      Lower held up by MSP
