Selling a barrel in MD

Ok i'm just trying to protect myself from doing anything illegal from selling a barrel.
Can i sell a 18" 223/556 barrel to anyone from MD, And it is a HBAR which i know is legal in MD, And i know that you dont need a FFL to buy this barrel.
What are the laws concerning selling a barrel here in MD.

It's just paper weight atm... Sell as you wish... No rules about selling components (unless it's NFA items, a registered lower or complete mag that has >10 rounds capacity).

As far as I know there are no laws on selling a barrel, even if it wasn't a h- bar

It's no different than selling a hammer or a bucket of turnips, it's nothing more than another inanimate object.
