      PA Non Resident Permit and Change of Address

      I did a search on this topic and the most recent information is from ca. 2012 so I thought I'd ask again. I posses an Adams County issued PA Non Resident Permit and used to reside in VA where I had a Resident Permit. I've since moved to DE and I have not yet obtained my DE Resident Permit yet...

      Good morning, looking for advice. I recently moved from VA to DE and I currently posses a MD Wear & Carry Permit. I went to the MSP's Portal and was able to change my Drivers License information but not my address. On the Portal there doesn't appear to be any information about an address...
