      Looking for place to shoot near hagerstown

      +1 for Waynesboro Fish & Game club. I have been a member for 3 years and have not had any problems. Range for rifle is 50, 100 & 200. Pistol is 10 yards I believe.

      Removing Flash Hider

      Sit down, put an empty magazine in the rifle, point the barrel upward and clamp onto it with your knees. If I remember correctly it's a 3/4" wrench that fits the flash hider. I have the same exact upper and this worked for me.

      Yeah, I called them months ago about buying a left handed holster for my XD45, they asked for my serial number and sent me one for free. It's actually a lot nicer than the belt style one that came with the standard XDs.

      Yeah, I guess I should have worded that a little better. It felt more durable than the XD, definately a better quality, IMO.

      Got mine yesterday! I examined a few rounds and found no issues, looks pretty good for the price. I'm going to try and shoot some Thursday evening and see how this stuff handles.

      I just ordered one of these

      I looked at the M&Ps when I purchased my XD, it basically came down to what felt best in my hands. The M&P definately felt like a well built pistol, it felt like a higher end polymer. But, in the end my XD felt the best in my hand even though I knew the M&P felt like a better pistol. Good buy!

      This isn't in MD but Hunters Den has one in stock (located in Waynesboro, PA). I picked it up and toyed with it the other day, very nice pistol. It weights close to, if not as much as, a 1911. I am interested in purchasing one.
