Plan D? Not worth the hassle.
So pointing at a delegate or senator and asking if he's stopped sodomizing the little boys down the street yet would fit rule #5?

Only if you are a leftist and the target is a Conservative. Rule 5 means to satirize , which means based on truth but exaggerated for effect. Unless you have real evidence of your above claim that would not fit.

Notice that the "Bush is a war Criminal" chant, while indulged by the media ( "The Truth is not in our Creed" ) did not result in impeachment or a Hague trial. For us the truth must be in our creed, just an exaggerated version.

Hard on Guns, Soft on Crime works because the Governor has thoughtfully decided to outlaw the death penalty. A man of less limited sensibilities would have not helped out this much. :)
