His Town Hall event is being called "Constitutional Freedom and Civil Rights". I guess that doesn't preclude actual ENUMERATED rights, as opposed those they will be fabricating from thin air to support his lawsuit against Trump.

The first ten Amendments to the Constitution constitute the Bill of Rights.
The Second Amendment falls squarely under his topic.

It should dominate the evening. If not, he should be asked why, and steered toward it.
