1 3/16x16 Tap.....borrow..

Hey everyone, so im making a scratch built AR lower reciever out of 1/8 inch ali. Found the designes and blueprints online. Seemed like a interesting project...so i'm going for it. Ive got all but one piece done and need a tap. Does anyone have a 1 3/16x16 tap they can let me borrow/buy for the buffer tube hole? Heck I would even put the thought of trading some 9mm ammo for the tap..or even 5.56/.223. I would post this in the classified section too, but dont have enough posts yet...

Here is the link to the guy who originaly did it. http://www.oocities.org/elmgrove1765/project6/project6.html I have found some dimensions that are missing, but nothing I could go back to the original colt blueprint to figure out. The guy did a pretty thurough job of making readable bluepints.
