12 gauge action proving rounds/ snap caps

I am in need of about 10 weighted training shells with spent primers to us as action proving rounds and snap caps. If there is anyone in or near Pasadena who could reload 10 shells for me with no powder I could offer about 20 #8 target loads for your troubles.
