Took the old bolt action JC Higgins 16 gauge out this morning and shot some slugs out of it.
I've got this box with a couple of three inch thick phone books and an old hard cover novel in it wrapped with duct tape that I like to use as a "target". You can see what the 5 slugs did to the box and I also put one round of #1 buck into it...this was from about 10 yards or 30'. You can also see where the wads hit.
