This is the kind of traffic stop that makes you appreciate what officers have to deal with on a regular basis.

The West Virginia police officers who the father and son pair allegedly shot and wounded were taken to Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in nearby Ronceverte. Lewisburg Mayor John Manchester said Friday morning that the officers are both doing fine after undergoing minor surgeries.

    Pics of the perps ...

Two dead bodies in the trunk; they probably thought they had nothing more to lose.

Would say that he got what he deserved for shooting the officers, but he likely deserved more. News report says that the dad is in the hospital, so the pic on the left might be an archived one.

    Prayers for the officers.

Trust no one. Assume nothing. Expect the worst. Pray for the best. Makes a shitty day at the office look pretty darned good...

We can never pay the good ones enough. We can't get rid of the bad ones fast enough.

God bless them and their families.

That's near the Undisclosed Location. I was just down there today, though i don't have to go that far on the interstate to get to my place.

Funny, there are no steps going into the Lewisburg Police Station. That kid must be really clumsy to have fallen down several times on the way in. :D

Old guy had sense enough to comply. 'Youngbuck' wanted to put up fight. Looks like he got what he was looking for.

Judging by the difference in jumpsuits and different background for the photos, I'm with fidelity, I think that is an older picture.
