2015 MD State IDPA Match at Sanners Lake

On May 2nd Sanner's Lake Sportsman's Club in Lexington Park MD is hosting the MD State IDPA Match. Registration is done via practiscore:

Last year we gave away 11 pistols as well as a prize for ever shooter. We hope to continue that again this year.

A couple of clarifications

- You must have shot a classifier in the division you are competing in, in the last year. This requirement does not apply to Master class shooters.

- Your IDPA membership must be paid up on 5/2 or you can not participate in the match

Glad to see this match back, have shot it a few times, and this may be the match to motivate me back to IDPA? Also there are some great Crab Cakes around Lexington.

Please forgive my ignorance, but how would I go about getting in on a tournament not being someone who belongs to IDPA. I would like to spectate, but would much rather compete.

You need to be a member of IDPA with a valid classification to compete in Tier II and higher matches. Should be a few clubs holding classifiers in the next few months.

The classifier was cancelled due to weather. It is rescheduled for April 4th. I will post a link when registration opens. If you want to shoot in the state match do not wait till after the classifier to register. Sign up now and we will update your registration after you shoot the classifier.

I registered for the match today. Money is in the mail. I just moved to Maryland from Illinois and love shooting the sanctioned matches. Lots of great people, whole day of shooting, and give aways at the end of the day. It is a BLAST!!
