is your "manual" class cowboy only (single action revolver / lever rifle) or can it be double action revolver and lever/pump rifle?

I spoke with the match director. He said no single action in Manual. Also, iron sights only, no optics, dots, etc. So a double action revolver and pump/lever rifle is what you generally see.
