On Saturday, November 18, 2017, at the monthly meeting of the Monumental Rifle and Pistol Club, I announced that once again, Monumental Rifle and Pistol Club was chosen by the NRA to receive the Donn C. DiBiasio Award as the 2016 NRA Outstanding Club of the Year.
Monumental was also the recipient of the DiBiasio Award in 2010.
As far as I know, there is only one other club in NJ who shares the distinction of receiving the award twice.
