Had that happen from both Cabelas and Gander Mt recently, but my last order to Cabelas scored another 525rds...

They must be swamped... the ups confirmation of delivery came the day after the ammo arrived and my shipment notification came several days after that...

They did that to me over a garment order. I bought a matched set on sale in November. They send the bottoms and back order the top. In January they cancel the order for the top. They offered for me to buy a more expensive item in the wrong size or return the bottoms I used all season.

They used to have good customer service....

Yep, that's their new policy. No backorders for ammo, you either get it or your order is cancelled. They got me on an order a few weeks ago for 1,000 rds of Winchester. Placed order, order accepted, a week later it was cancelled.

Bad karma in my opinion. If you have any order on back order, they should accept this and continue with the order. I can see new orders not be allowed a back ordered status.
