I just wanted to make a plea to all the .30-06 shooters and CMP members who might have a stockpile of HXP and LC brass and don't reload to please save your brass and don't just throw it in the scrap bucket at the range.Since the CMP is out of surplus .30-06 a lot of people are looking into reloading who never did before and one of the initial costs are cases.Being able to buy inexpensive once fired cases would help these people out a lot and you can also make a little money from it as well.I know a lot of HXP cases get tossed I have picked up almost 500 from my 6 or 7 visits to Hap this year alone,so if you find yourself sitting on a large amount of surplus .30-06 help out the people who didn't get a chance to get in on the surplus bonanza before it ended.
