.300 blackout...

Excuse my ignorance, but can you still legally assemble a .300 upper? Do they
make HBAR barrels for .300?

I swear I just recently read a thread on this, but I couldn't find any info through the search feature.

Nothing in the law about uppers and you can make as many as you want.

The lower is the regulated part of the gun and the only one affected.

Thank you, that's what I thought but didn't wanna start looking at things and come to find out I am SOL because MD sucks.

Well, MD still sucks, but as long as you have at least 1 legal lower, you can have as many uppers in as many calipers for that lower as you like.

This is VERY ture Aggie, I will not argue that point with you. I really want to build another AR, but this will hold me over for now.
