If you look on fleabay, you'll find some jigs that make it a quick and easy job. It takes me about a 5 second cycle (taking my time) to chop a case, so I can do about a dozen a minute.

Amazon also has the saw and jig. I haven't used either, but was researching the topic. Reviews seemed posture in the available jigs.

I haven't loaded brass more than once that was cut down, apparently split necks is not uncommon?

I can honestly say I have never seen a split neck on any of my cases. I am loading my supersonic 110gr rounds with 21gr of lil' Gun and pushing the upper limit on pressures but as of yet haven't seen any issues with the case necks.

Picked up a cutoff saw from Harbor freight this evening and ordered a jig from eBay, I should be setup for brass transformation in a few days.
