Not sure what rebate ur referring to? Was it a buy a new VP and get 4 free mags?
$25 new HK mags and free shipping is pretty sweet in my book all by itself without having to purchase a new pistol

They also now offer the Universal LEM Kit on their site (after I just ordered and installed one in my USP from HK Parts for $50 more) and at the time I received the email they had the VP9 long slide kits in stock.

Yeah it was 4 mags with new pistol. They shipped mine to PA so I got standard capacity. Agreed that $25/shipped is also a great deal!!

Can I order them and have them shipped to a free state or do I have to have someone in a free state do the ordering too? I know there was controversy on MD Shooters at one time about whether or not it was legal to order from a phone/computer while in MD and having a MD address, point of sale, etc.

I had someone in a free state order them for me. Easier than putting in an order then finding out once the sale was over they were cancelling my order because payment was from a Maryland address and going to another state.

For 10 rounders you should be Ok for ordering from MD, above reproach was for standard magazines
