Just though I'd let everyone know that Sportsmans Guide has spam cans of 7.62x54r in stock today. The price has increased to $97 per 440 rd though.

i just picked up 880 in a crate for 174 shipped (no membership, the ridiculous amounts of email spam and junk mail pissed me off).

sure you're looking at the right page? (there's a link in the other x54r thread.....)

SG's pricing on it is actually pretty good right now - it was closer to $200 a couple weeks ago. I thought about grabbing some, but I've already got three sealed tins and most of a fourth... hard to justify. I don't shoot my VEPR 54R _that_ often.

I want to ultimately have at least one tin for each Mosin I own. Still have a ways to go.

I agree with 1 tin per Mosin. I am -1 for that now but picking up a Beretta 1951 from fellow MDS so funds going to that. Wifey asked me to refrain for a bit. I better work some OT soon. I get to keep that. And before anyone talks crap. This is how i have stayed married for 27 yrs. LOL
