8th day release with non resident permit?

Does anyone know of any dealers not doing 8th day release will release if you have a permit from utah of virgina? I'm expecting either of the 2 permits any day now. Particularly winks?

If they were releasing to those with utah or virginia permits wouldn't it be an 8 day release?

Atlantic Guns is the only one specifically releasing to those with any carry permit. There are others releasing to MD Carry Permit holders. Dealers listed as owners discretion probably will accept any Permit, call them and ask. Keep an eye on the spreadsheet for updates.

Constitutional Firearms is doing 8 day release no requirements other than the traditional paperwork. I highly recommend Paul and the team at the shop. I recently picked up a transferred in Glock 30S for myself from Paul. My fiancee also picked up her first 2 guns at Constitutional just this week.

I believe Engage in Rockville is releasing to all customers after 8 days.

Bob's Sunoco is also following the law and releasing on time on the 8th day with regular paperwork and a waiver.
