Does anyone know if the Beretta 92s is legal in MD? I didn't see it on the roster. Hopefully I'm just missing it.

It may be best to ask your local FFL, but I've asked mine and they said they can transfer it.

google is your friend, I am not.
These were all made before 1982. IIRC if they were made before 1983 or something 1985, they do not need to be on the roster. 100% legal and transferable. If your FFL says no, find a new FFL. There are lots of these floating around in MD, they are a seriously great deal and they shoot great. They will have a little holster wear.

Also, for like $30 you can still find the really nice walnut grips on ebay or gunbroker.

Handguns manufactured after January 1, 1985 are on the approved handgun list/Maryland Handgun Roster. Anything before that is allowed.

    Thanks!

Thanks! Didn't realize the list was only for post 1985 firearms. Sounds like it's time to buy another gun!
