    +1. And clearly they classify those committed by the govt as something other than intentional homicide.

    And for the "weird cultural difference" file -- if truth be told, Japan has a lot of family homicide that gets called suicide.

    A lib would simply look at India and say, "See!? Proof that fewer guns means less guns deaths!"

    This issue has never been about facts though, sadly.

    A rule of data analysis is that your analysis is only as good as the data you have to work with. I'd imagine that with China and Russia the true numbers are probably very hard to come by, simply because there isn't any reliable reporting where those numbers are concerned.
