    Easton Star Democrat:

    Potential lawsuit to question gun legislation

    "The gun bill that was passed in Maryland is completely 100 percent constitutional," Gansler said.
    <snip>

    Gansler said the [Heller] case extended the Second Amendment right to make it an individual right, but did so under three circumstances.

    He said under the Supreme Court decision, an individual has a right to have a handgun just a handgun and that handgun has to be in the owner's house and can be used only for self-defense.

    Love to see him get a bloody nose over this in a courtroom.

    An inalienable right is an inalienable right. I don't need this jackass to tell me what I already know to be true.

    Oh my sweet lord, how is anyone that dumb -- I mean I know that Gansler understands how stupid those statements are, but how is any voter *that* dumb.

    Also, you are only secure in your home, person, and papers -- not in your car, phone calls, or backpack.

    Idiots all.

    As long as it has less than 10 rounds as of 10/1. What BS!

    All of our rights in the Bill of Rights are individual rights. Too bad Gansler is too stupid to understand that.
