Just delivered from LaRue, Aimpoint T2. Hopefully getting it dialed in on the Engage build this week.

    Got mine on the way,
Whats the mount situation? I have a LaRue 660 tall , just wondering if its compatible with the old mounts?

Let us know how it works out

The T2 is a nice red dot optic. I will be using a couple on two of the five lowers I plan to build SBRs with.

Can't ever go wrong with Aimpoints!

I hope it's like going from a C cup to double D's but its minor upgrades from t1 so not worth the upgrade unless your flush. Added lens covers for one

Rundown on the differences between that and a T1? Are they planning an H2?

Better clarity (redesigned front lens and new lens coating)

    Integrated flip covers

    Additional turret protection

    More rugged internal electronics

T-2's a different price point but it'd be nice if this pushes T-1 pricing down some (especially used).

This is the first micro Aimpoint I've had. I ordered it with with Larue absolute mount. I don't really have much to compare it with, been in the market for one for a while and decide to hold out for this one.
