If you were operating a pirate radio station or transmitting during war time if comms were shut down, they might, but then they'd do it license or not.

I am starting a free Technician Class course on Zoom beginning Thursday, September 9 and running for 7 sessions. Sessions will start at 6:30, and run 3 hours. No charge, of course. These are the classes sponsored by the National Electronics Museum that we have been holding for years. Please publicize this with your club and anyone you know whom you think would be interested. Those wishing to sign up should email me at roland.anders@comcast.net.
Thanks,
Rol Anders, K3RA
I am thinking of getting my technician license. I would like to get involved with MARS and other things.
The one thing that bothers me is the FCC has the power to come into my house and inspect my equipment at any time.
Is it possible to cancel a license at sometime in the future so the FCC no longer has this privilege.

SCHEART will be offering Ham (Amateur) Radio classes in September. This is for Technician, General and Extra. All classes will be running from September 13th to 17th from 6pm to 9pm. Some classes will not take the whole week, but will finish when all the material is covered. These classes run concurrently. You can only choose one of the classes.
We’re presenting the classes by video conference using Zoom videoconferencing (http://zoom.us ) If you didn’t have the time to attend in person before, now is your chance. Email me at midlandsve@gmail.com. I’ll forward your email to your instructor and they will send you an invitation to the video conference.
New hams will have to start out with the Technician course.
All classes are free. If you wish to attend, RSVP to MidlandsVE@gmail.com. Be sure to tell me which class you want to take and include you cell number.
Very well done, thanks for sharing!Made a new Ham Radio video, showing some general information about working stations, antennas, and contacts from Seoul this week.

License Exams are being conducted in two weeks, on Tuesday evening, October 26, 2021 at 5:45 PM, by the Maryland Mobileers Amateur Radio Club.
Location:
National Electronics Museum
1745 West Nursery Road
Linthicum Heights, MD 21090
Walk-ins ARE accepted, but pre-registration is preferred (streamlines the sign-up process and speeds things up for everyone).
For pre-registration, please see this page:
https://sites.google.com/view/mmarcveteam/pre-registration
Two things to know:
1) Due to Northup-Grumman's corporate directives, masks must be worn while inside the museum.
2) IF YOU ARE SITTING ON THE FENCE WITH GETTING LICENSED - DO IT THIS YEAR. Starting in 2022, the FCC will be instituting a $35.00 charge for testing/licensing. This fee is NOT for the local VE teams or the clubs that run it, it is an FCC thing. DO IT NOW.
