ammo opinion needed

anyone use AAC or atomic ammo I see it offered online and it looks like decent ammo for the money
both made in USA so thats a plus
looking to feed a 10mm if it matters
hoping someone here has used or is using it

Atomic made Garand ammo at one time that created negative effects for otherwise serviceable rifles.
And a Garand is a strong rifle if not one of the strongest.
If thats still the case these days, I know not whatsoever.
