For something you're going to inevitably put a lot of money into (even if you don't realize it, yet ), I'd pay a few extra bucks and get a lower of known quality.

My buddies wife just bought him an anderson ar-15. We shot it 150ish rounds no lube (rf85 coated), no hiccups. Shot it with my colt 6920 and they both felt great, I wouldn't hesitate to snap up that lower if I was in the market.
