You can still testify orally without submitting written testimony. If you want to do written, it goes on a thumb drive in pdf format. I believe you can also just sign up as for or against.

they have a computer to virus scan, but they don't watch over your shoulder closely to see what they upload, although it may only accept pdf.

For today's testimony I was running late and making the sign up by noon was going to be a possible issue. I emailed the office of Del. Christopher Adams (a sponsor of the HB0356 and my delegate) around 10:30 AM and described my desire to provide oral and written testimony today. I expressed my concern with making the cut off as I was running behind schedule. I included a copy of my written testimony in PDF, my name, address, email address, DOB, and mobile phone number. I could not recall if DOB was needed for the sign-up and included my mobile # only in the case that it too was needed as well as to provide the delegate's office with a way to contact me. The delegate's office responded within 15 minutes or so that my sign up would be completed and written testimony included in the system.

I didn't have to mess around with a thumb drive. I didn't have to print anything. I didn't even have to sign in personally.

I'm just saying, if you need help with the process, there are folks there to help you.
