Is anyone here a collector? We have one local guy that does transfers through us all the time... Last one that came through was some old Remington from 1929. It's a pretty awesome hobby...:)

I collect mostly WWII rifles,Garand-arisaka-carcano-enfield-mauser-Mas-mosin's, but I have a couple of stevens favorites and crack shots in 22 and 32 rimfire. I also like Hopkins and Allen, spur trigger revolvers, dictators-robin hoods, 12 gauge single shot drop breech shot gun, 22 double action, 32 S&W top break, and old Herington and richardsons revolvers, Model 1905 in 32 s&w. I also have a winchester 1897 pump shotgun.

I think there are as many C&R holders on this forum as not. And we're working on converting the other half...

    I am a novice collector ;)

I collect whatever is the most affordable milsurp sold by the ton....till I get a job and can afford really good stuff.
If I had the money I would start collecting cut-aways. I already have a CZ52 cutaway to start.
THis is my collection minus the last six or so guns:

As has been said before- DO NOT SIGN THE ORIGINAL LICENSE!!!!! You can get excited and do something that will put you back a little.

ETA-- Having said that- I have purchased a few C&R items by faxing a copy of the 03 to AIM, Midway Brownells, SOG.
I guess that if someone does sign the original, they could still be in business with a few companies......

Now, Cut up all your credit cards, and place the pieces in the fireplace lol. Congragulations, I have had mine for going on 6 months now and I have not purchased a single thing with it yet. What I want real bad now is a CZ-52.

    My only antique.
    ------------
    1864 Springfield Joslyn Rifle
This rifle was originally a cap and ball rifle and was converted after the war by a man named Joslyn as a prototype. It was the first military rifle commisioned by the U.S. Government to use a breech loading cartridge. It is a .50 rimfire. No I have never shot it. I have also never seen a cartridge for it. I was told by the people at the Antiques Roadshow that came to the Baltimore convention center that this rifle is worth $3000! My dad purchased it for $100! :party29: Now it's mine. :D
