If they have a 16" barrel model that's at least 29" long overall, there's no reason why it wouldn't be cash & carry.

I spoke to a vendor about this gun yesterday. They talked to Sig at Shot Show and as of then the thought of a semi was just that a thought... I will but one as soon as they make it IF THEY MAKE IT... A nice looking gun.... I'll post if I hear anything from Sig but it doesn't look good as of now..
