Any one actually fired the Kimber Solo?

Just curious, after all the hype. My Dad was looking for one and literally couldn't find one. I pointed him to the Kahr MK9 and he loves it.

Anyone have the Solo and like it?

I don't think it made it to the Maryland List yet. I could be wrong, but it wasn't there last time I looked.

Pfft, it's not that bad out of a shorty 9mm. BTW, good luck finding one. Kimber can't make them fast enough. The last gun show I went to, one of the vendors had three of them when they first came out. Nobody even looked at them. Once the magazine articles came out, those three were gone and they haven't gotten any more from Kimber.

Yep, I was thinking the same thing. I haven't read the NRA's review of it yet, after reading some others I'm not so interested; maybe later as they continue to evolve it.
