    I did it in June. I had the gun shipped in and when I found out the ffl didn't release, I had it sent somewhere that would. Thankfully, there was paperwork submitted by the original ffl. I don't know what kind of nightmare that could be.

    Interesting. I'm seriously thinking about pulling mine out of Ricks G&P and sending to someone that will. I just wondered about difficulty, expenses, new paperwork, etc.

    You know I hadn't thought of doing that. I mean, we buy guns off GB etc. all the time and have them transfered to our regular FFL's. Any reason it shouldn't work with "local to local"?
