You can build an AK pistol on any receiver. Whether 100% completed and transferred through your FFL, 80%, or from a flat. AK rifles are illegal in MD.

There's no such thing as an AK lower. It's an AK receiver. Ok I am done being a dick for today.

Not worth it really.

For $500 you can have a new M92.

Here you would have to bend a receiver, then get a pistol barrel, etc.

You will be in it for well more than $500 and quick.
