Post ban to make it into a pistol. AK pistols are still legal - right?

Yes, legal. It's an AK receiver not lower. Now let's get to the important stuff. Not sure of your location but I am in Pasadena. Another member and me are all tooled up for AK builds @ my place. So your more than welcome to build it here.

You can build an AK pistol on any receiver. Whether 100% completed and transferred through your FFL, 80%, or from a flat. AK rifles are illegal in MD.

    Not worth it really.

For $500 you can have a new M92.

Here you would have to bend a receiver, then get a pistol barrel, etc.

You will be in it for well more than $500 and quick.
