I parroted ‘personal protection’ from the category title of the HGP application I was submitting.

I noticed the MSP has a link to instructions on how to apply. It must be dated because it has a lot of discussion about the ‘reason’ in it. I had to back out of that before getting alarmed. I found the online application pretty easy to use for the most part.
