Mine was submitted 7/22 accepted 8/9 and crickets since. Not even a nics yet.

What I think is that you couldn't be bothered to create an introduction thread in the Introductions forum, and the legion of new MDS members with no introduction thread will never be seen again, once the permit arrives, and will not be in Annapolis come January to continue the fight.

Nor will they contribute monetarily to MDS, and MSI

Most of the new guys seem to be here only because of HGP excitement, seem to not even bother reading back a couple pages on threads and ask the same questions that are asked and answered five times a day. While somewhat annoying they are at least providing data points, mostly seem to mean no harm, and some of them may very well turn into valued members here. Time will tell.

Thanks for the reply some people on here are complete assholes and don’t have time for it.

Please understand that we keep seeing the same things asked over and over and over again. It can be a bit much, and gets quite tiresome after awhile. Stick around for the next four or five weeks and see if you don't feel the same.

Approved 8/10 and nothing since then hopefully some kind of activity soon

You should get NICS end of next week. Then most likely approved middle or October

When the first 28er here confirms that they have been approved, I expect that $20 to become $200+ in fairly short order.

At first I thought they could do better, but given the workload I'm impressed too. I wonder how many applications they unofficially anticipated (since the state's position is that there's no interest).
